One of Turkey’s most talented actors, İsmail Hacıoğlu, has officially signed on for his next big project. After starring in the hit series “Sen Ağlama İstanbul”, Hacıoğlu is now set to take the lead role in TRT Tabii’s upcoming drama, “Rüzgarlı Pazar”.

The highly anticipated series is produced by Uğur Uzunok, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Esma Koç. The show will be directed by Berat Özdoğan and is set to begin filming in early April in İstanbul.

“Rüzgarlı Pazar” is based on the novel of the same name by renowned Turkish author Mustafa Kutlu. The series will bring to life the struggles and triumphs of characters navigating a challenging world at the end of the 1990s.
